You must be 21 years of age or older to access the Cannabis Cured adult-use site, browse menus, or complete an adult-use cannabis purchase. Registered Maine medical patients (18+) with a valid Maine medical certification may access the medical patient flow.

Lawful use

By using this site you agree to comply with all Maine cannabis laws, including Title 28-B (adult-use) and Title 22 (medical) of the Maine Revised Statutes, and the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy rules (18-691 CMR). You will not resell Cannabis Cured products, transfer them to minors, or transport them out of Maine.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kennebec County, Maine.
