Cannabis Cured is a vertically-integrated Maine cannabis operator. The company grows cannabis at its Fairfield cultivation campus, extracts concentrates at its Maine-licensed in-house lab, produces edibles in its commercial cannabis kitchen, and sells the finished products at eleven Cannabis Cured storefronts spanning Greater Portland, Penobscot, Midcoast, the Kennebec Valley, the Western Mountains, and Southern Maine.

Cannabis Cured describes its Fairfield commercial kitchen as Maine's first licensed commercial cannabis kitchen, and itself as the first company in Maine to put commercial edibles on the market. The kitchen produces over 75 edible SKUs at fixed dosages using nano-emulsification.

The company holds Maine OCP licenses including DSP113 (Fairfield medical), DSP118 (Thomaston medical), DSP149 (Sam Crockett Dispensary LLC d/b/a, Fairfield), and AMS809 (Carrabassett Valley / Sugarloaf adult-use). Adult-use license numbers for the remaining storefronts are pulled from Maine OCP open data on a rolling basis and rendered in the footer of each location page.
