License classes
Maine cannabis operations carry one of two main license prefixes:
- AMS-NNNN: Adult Use Marijuana Store (Title 28-B).
- DSP-NNN: Registered Medical Dispensary (Title 22 ch. 558-C).

Age verification
Maine adult-use cannabis sales are restricted to customers 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID. Registered Maine medical patients (18+) may use a valid Maine medical certification. The Cannabis Cured age gate is persistent and interactive across the site.
Banned health claims
Cannabis Cured does not make health, treatment, or curative claims on adult-use product surfaces. Cannabis has not been analyzed or approved by the FDA for therapeutic use.
