We grow what we sell.
We extract what we grow.
We cook what we extract.
Cannabis Cured operates one of Maine's only fully vertically-integrated cannabis networks. Every product on every Cannabis Cured menu starts at our Fairfield campus (cultivation, Maine-licensed in-house extraction lab, and chef-led commercial cannabis kitchen) and ends in your hands at one of eleven Cannabis Cured storefronts across Maine.

Maine-grown.
Hand-trimmed. Ten-day cure.
Every Cannabis Cured cultivar is grown at our Fairfield cultivation campus, with over 7,000 feet of canopy. Cultivars are selected for terpene profile, hardiness in Maine's climate, and budtender feedback across our Maine storefront network. After harvest, every bud is hand-trimmed and cures for ten days before lab testing and retail release.

Maine-licensed.
In-house. Independently tested.
Cannabis Cured operates a Maine-licensed in-house cannabis extraction and product-development lab at the Fairfield campus. Every batch is compliance-tested by an independent Maine-licensed laboratory for potency, terpenes, residual solvents, microbials, heavy metals, and mycotoxins before retail release. Concentrate outputs include sugar, shatter, crumble, diamonds, live resin, and distillate.

Chef-led.
Nano-emulsified. 75+ SKUs.
Cannabis Cured operates a commercial cannabis kitchen at its Fairfield campus, which Cannabis Cured describes as Maine's first licensed commercial cannabis kitchen. The kitchen is led by a chef with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University. Nano-emulsification dosing equipment produces water-soluble cannabinoids for faster onset and consistent milligram dosing across more than 75 edible SKUs.

The Cannabis Cured operating philosophy

Cultivation, lab, and kitchen. One campus.
Vertical integration means Cannabis Cured controls every step of the cannabis supply chain (cultivation, processing, manufacturing, extraction, and retail) from a single Fairfield, Maine campus.
Eleven Maine storefronts
Cannabis Cured operates eleven storefronts across Maine, eight adult-use and three medical. The Stratton storefront is temporarily closed. They span Greater Portland, Penobscot, the Kennebec Valley, Midcoast, the Western Mountains, and Southern Maine, all restocked from the same Fairfield campus.
The craft, explained.
What does vertically integrated mean for a Maine cannabis operator?
A vertically-integrated cannabis operator controls every step of the cannabis supply chain: cultivation, processing, extraction, manufacturing, and retail. Cannabis Cured operates all five steps from a single Fairfield, Maine campus and sells the finished products at its eleven Cannabis Cured storefronts.
What is Maine's first licensed commercial cannabis kitchen?
Cannabis Cured describes its Fairfield commercial kitchen as Maine's first licensed commercial cannabis kitchen, and Cannabis Cured as the first company in Maine to put commercial edibles on the market. The kitchen produces over 75 edible SKUs at fixed dosages.
How does Cannabis Cured test its cannabis?
Every Cannabis Cured cultivar is compliance-tested by an independent Maine-licensed laboratory before retail release, as Maine OCP requires. Our in-house lab at the Fairfield campus handles extraction and product development.
What is nano-emulsification in cannabis edibles?
Nano-emulsification breaks cannabinoids into water-soluble nano-particles for faster onset and more consistent milligram dosing. Cannabis Cured uses nano-emulsification in its Sugarloaf Springs edibles and Nectr infused sodas at the Fairfield commercial cannabis kitchen.
What cannabis brands does Cannabis Cured produce in-house?
Cannabis Cured produces three verified in-house brands at the Fairfield campus: Northern Grown (home of the Fog Cutter), Cannabis Cured (flower & pre-rolls), and Sugarloaf Springs (edibles & beverages).
