Nano-Emulsification: Why Our Edibles Kick in Faster

The science behind a 20-minute onset.

Nano-emulsification is a dosing technology that breaks cannabinoids into water-soluble nano-particles for faster absorption. Cannabis Cured uses nano-emulsification in every edible produced in our Fairfield commercial kitchen.

The bioavailability problem

Traditional cannabis edibles use oil-based THC, which your body breaks down through slow digestion. Onset can take an hour or more, and a lot of the dose is wasted.

What nano-emulsification does

Nano-emulsified THC is suspended in water-soluble droplets 100 to 200 nm in diameter, small enough for rapid absorption through the mouth and upper GI tract. Faster onset, higher bioavailability, more consistent dosing.

How Cannabis Cured uses it

Every Sugarloaf Springs edible and Nectr beverage is nano-emulsified in our commercial kitchen. Over 75 SKUs at fixed dosages, batch after batch.

Frequently asked

Does nano-emulsified mean stronger?

No, same milligrams. It means faster onset and more predictable effects.

Is nano-emulsification safe?

Yes. It uses food-grade emulsifiers and is standard technology in beverages and pharmaceuticals.
